The High School football coaches offer both a camp for K-8th grade boys shortly after school breaks for summer.  They also offer a strength and conditioning program called M-Factor.

COMMUNICATIONS
All communications for each team including schedules and messaging will take place within the Sports Engine which is available for both iPhone and Android.  See Communications menu on our website for information on how to set up this app and how to opt in to receive text messages when any team email is sent.

Equipment Pickup will be Saturday July 30, from 10am-1pm and Sunday July 31 4-6pm

Work Duty Opportunity:  This will represent an opportunity for some to get work duty hours.  See Work Duty on our website.

If you are out of town that weekend, please make arrangements through your grade level coach.

Additional Equipment Provided Player Family:

• Navy football pants (integrated pants are very convenient but not required). Can be ordered from Amazon.  Won't be used until end of first week
• White mesh practice jersey with player last name and number.  Your grade level coach will confirm your number in the Sports Engine App. Many people have had the number put on at Fischers in Chesterfield Valley

Optional:

• The program provides basic mouth guards and chin straps.  Dick's and other sporting good stores have higher end offerings to consider
• Gloves:  while not required, these can help skilled position players catch the ball.  When the weather gets much colder, they are actually beneficial to all players.

Physical
Please complete the physical form found under the football menu on our website prior to August 2nd.  Physicals will be valid from January 2021.

Verification Information
Your team admin will be reaching out to gather verification which is part of our league eligibility requirements and which will be the basis for player cards

No OTAs this Year
I had unexpected travel out of the country for the last two weeks of July which precluded a lot of the organization for these OTAs.  We also had limited availability for coaches and to some extent for players as well with end of season baseball tourneys

KEY DATES
Practices start August 1st and will be at Selvidge Middle School.
Regular Season Practice, 6-8PM
Your grade level coach will determine the nights you will practice.
